TOS is a provider of high quality services. In the following policy, you will find the circumstances that can be considered appropriate for a refund for services bought from us

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

 

Service not delivered: 

If you didn’t receive service you book through TOS, you are eligible for fully refund.

Service Dissatisfaction: 

If you are not satisfied for the service provided you may also request for refund.

 

Refund Request Period: For reasons for refund, the claims have to be made within fourteen days after the service has been booked.

 

3. How to demand your money back

 

Email Request: For refunds; kindly contact support@toponeservices.ae with the service details you book, and the reason for requesting for a refund.

Processing Time: Approve refund will be process within 14 business days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Services

Those services that have fully delivered and Accepted by customer can’t be refunded.

The specification of a service that is made on customer requirement.
